Through the strategic plans, new thinkings about the problem have taken form. In another hand, the households know now more about the waste, its consequences in terms of health and environmental impacts. They also know more about good practices. On the ground, there is a new dynamic about the issue and real progresses. E.g., the communes are in experience of a tax on waste for big demonstrations activities.
